Mahesh Kumar Katakam is an experienced data scientist currently working at Vedainfo Inc. since October 2021, where responsibilities include building SAAS applications in Azure for time series forecasting and developing various machine learning and deep learning models using Azure ML. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Data Scientist at AntWorks from December 2019 to May 2021, focusing on building end-to-end machine learning pipelines and data collection through diverse methods, including web scraping. Mahesh's earlier position as a Data Scientist Intern involved developing a signature detection system utilizing the FASTER-RCNN object detection model and Siamese neural networks. Mahesh completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy between 2016 and 2020.
