Cinthya Souza is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure monitoring and network support. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst at VECTRA Consultoria e Serviços since May 2021, Cinthya specializes in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and incident resolution using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and CA Broadcom.
