Shauna Hoekstra is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and AVP, Talent Engagement Manager at Vectra Bank Colorado since July 2009. In this role, Shauna drives talent acquisition and training strategies while collaborating with senior leadership to identify talent needs.
