Kimberly Lytikainen serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Vectra AI since October 2024, having previously held similar roles at Five9 and Poshmark. Lytikainen has extensive experience in legal and compliance, including founding the Legal and Compliance department at Five9, which supported the company’s growth from $300M to over $900M in ARR. In addition to current responsibilities at Vectra AI, Lytikainen is the Vice Chair and a Board Member of Special Olympics Northern California. Lytikainen’s background includes key legal positions at MINDBODY, Pivotal Software, NVIDIA, and Sun Microsystems, contributing to significant revenue growth and strategic initiatives in the technology sector. Academically, Lytikainen holds a J.D. with honors from Loyola Law School, along with multiple business and governance qualifications from Stanford and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.
