Paola Dama is currently working as a Sr. Scientific Product Development Manager at VectorBuilder since June 2022. Prior to this role, Paola was a Research Fellow at the University of Sussex. Before that, Paola was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Chicago and a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Ohio State University. Paola began their academic journey as a Masters Student at Tigem, Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine, and went on to pursue a phD in farmacologia e oncologia molecolare at the University of Ferrara. Paola completed their PHD at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Paola's research primarily focuses on Genome Engineering ncRNA.
