Andrea Sjaardema Zickmund is a highly experienced emergency medical services professional with a diverse background in critical care and education. Currently serving as an Indiana State Police Regional Dispatcher and Critical Care Paramedic at Franciscan Alliance, Andrea has held various roles including Paramedic and EMS Instructor across multiple organizations since 2010. With a solid educational foundation, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Paramedic Technology and a minor in Psychology, Andrea is also an active speaker at EMS conferences and has contributed as an expert content writer and subject matter expert at Vector Solutions Public Safety.
