Shahir Essa CA(SA) currently serves as the Commercial Manager for Business Development at Vector Logistics since May 2020, previously holding the position of Management Accountant. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate at PwC from January 2017 to March 2020, with an earlier secondment leading to additional responsibilities as a Senior Associate, Associate 2, and Associate 1 during tenure from July 2014 to 2017. Shahir Essa began professional experience as a Vacation Student at PwC in July 2014, contributing to audit engagement tasks. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Brand Ambassador at HIP2B2 in early 2011. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2016 and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the same institution in 2015. Early education was completed at Raisehorpe Secondary School and Union Park Primary School.
