Lindiwe Mthethwa currently serves as a Regional Supply Chain Assistant/Specialist at Vector Logistics, where responsibilities include supporting the management of the Nando's key account and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Lindiwe's prior experience includes a role as a Management Trainee in Operations at RCL Foods, focusing on supplier audits and safety inspections. As a co-founder and Research and Innovation Director at the Young Leaders Academy, Lindiwe is dedicated to empowering young leaders through a comprehensive interactive program. Lindiwe holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Logistics from the University of Johannesburg and has completed additional courses in production and inventory management, leadership, and transportation.
