Nicki Raistrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital delivery, strategic planning, and enterprise agility across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Digital Delivery at Vector Limited, Nicki is responsible for overseeing complex programme deliveries. Previous roles include Planning & Performance Lead for the New Zealand Water Services Reform Programme at the Department of Internal Affairs, and a series of impactful positions at Kiwibank focused on risk transformation and regulatory change. Nicki has also held significant leadership roles at TechLeaders Executive, Innovate and Transform, Z Energy NZ, ASB Bank, Fletcher Building, Westpac New Zealand Limited, and Spark New Zealand, emphasizing digital innovation and strategic execution. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Auckland University of Technology.
