Josiane Kanda is a Customer Success Manager at Vectaury. Josiane has previous experience as a Project Manager at ELISE Technologies, where they were responsible for customer success management and social media campaigns. Josiane also has experience as a marketing product manager at L'Oréal and as an event reporter at Biloa Magazine. Josiane began their career as a social media marketing intern at Triple The Focus E-Magazine and then worked as an assistant media manager at Havas Media.

Josiane Kanda's educational career began at Centre Madeleine Daniélou in Rueil-Malmaison. Josiane then attended Berkeley College before transferring to Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur. Josiane graduated with a Baccalauréat Economique et Sociale from Institut Notre Dame in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
