Cesar Castillo, PMP, currently serves as Operations Manager at Vecta Environmental Services, LLC since October 2022 and as a verified trainer at WJTA since March 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Account Project Manager at USA DeBusk from November 2019 to May 2021, Turnaround Coordinator at The Miller Group from September 2015 to October 2019, and Project Manager at Evergreen North America Industrial Services from March 2009 to October 2015. Cesar Castillo also served in the US Army as an Infantry member from May 2008 to January 2011 and worked as a Technician at Veolia from August 2006 to January 2011. Education was completed at North Shore Senior High School, graduating in 2007.
