Bob Heiman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Vecima Networks Inc. since August 2023, Bob previously held the position of Principal Engineer at CommScope for over 16 years and at Motorola for three years. Further back in the career, Bob was a Manager of Digital Engineering at Comcast Cable, focusing on ITV Product Development, and managed System Integration & Test at WorldGate Communications. Bob started as a QA Engineer at Allegro Microsystems after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Temple University in 1990.
