Wendy Sjostrom is an experienced professional with a background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Benefits Manager and previously as Human Resources Administrator at VECA Electric & Technologies since November 2020, Wendy has expertise in benefits administration, event planning, and HR process improvements. Prior roles include Operations and HR Assistant at Rafn Company, where responsibilities encompassed company event planning and support for confidential company functions, as well as Human Resources Assistant, which focused on streamlining HR processes. Wendy also held positions such as Recruiting Coordinator at Recruiting Integrity, LLC, and Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Joner Baker Law, PLLC, demonstrating strong administrative and organizational skills.
