Kyle Butler has a robust legal background, currently serving as Legal Director and Corporate Counsel at VECA Electric & Technologies since May 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Soha & Lang, P.S. as a Shareholder and Associate Attorney from June 2014 to June 2022, and as an Associate Attorney at Scheer & Zehnder, LLP from August 2011 to June 2014. Kyle Butler began legal training as a Legal Department Extern at Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, Inc. in early 2011, with earlier roles including a Summer Intern at Washtenaw County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and a Law Clerk Intern for the Honorable Maura D. Corrigan at the Michigan Supreme Court. Education credentials include a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (2011) and a BS in Health Sciences from Purdue University (2003).
