Olivier Parys is an experienced M&A expert and Senior M&A Advisor at VDP, an independent Belgian corporate finance boutique specializing in mergers and acquisitions since November 2017. Prior to this role, Olivier served as a Financial Analyst at Alta Plana, focusing on M&A deals and investment opportunities from March 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, Olivier worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager at Candriam, managing private banking portfolios from 2014 to March 2015. Educational background includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Engineering: Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from Ghent University, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2013. Olivier also participated as an active member in External Relations for AIESEC Ghent from 2011 to 2012.
