Justin Gommans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager Parts at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since July 2016, Justin oversees QLTC performance for Parts volume programs and leads improvement projects across the supply chain. Previous roles include Group Leader and Production Assistant at VDL, wherein responsibilities included ensuring product delivery within deadlines and optimizing material flow. Additional experience includes internships and projects at companies such as Marel Stork Poultry Processing B.V., XPO Logistics, and Bavaria, focusing on areas such as internal reliability, cost reduction, and market research. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and possesses a strong academic background with a Havo diploma from Raayland College.
