Iftakarul Islam Israk is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as an Assistant Shift Manager at VCube since April 2017. In this role, Iftakarul is responsible for addressing problems and communicating new directives to the QA team. Previous positions at VCube include Operations Shift Supervisor, where Iftakarul managed operational communications, and Sr. QA Engineer, overseeing project distribution and monitoring QA activities. Iftakarul began the career as a Site Civil Engineer with the Roads and Highways Department in Bangladesh, completing a practical training course at the RHD HQ Complex. Iftakarul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Presidency University, Bangladesh, and a Diploma in Civil Technology from Ahsanullah Institute of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (AITVET).
