Ashley P. is an experienced Service Delivery Engineer with a robust background in technical support and management, having worked at vcpi since January 2017 in various capacities including Service Desk Supervisor and Senior Technical Analyst. Prior experience includes a Help Desk Consultant role at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where responsibilities involved managing client inquiries and incident resolutions. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to be completed in December 2023.
