Kirsten DiChiappari is currently the VP of Customer Success at vCom Solutions. Kirsten is a Member at Customer Success Collective and the Chief Executive Officer at The Queen of the Earth. In the past, Kirsten held leadership roles at BlueVenn, Presslaff Interactive Revenue, East Bay Newspapers, The Chatter Group, and Cumulus Media. Kirsten holds a BA in American Studies from Providence College and a MSM in HR Management from Lesley University.
