Nicole Mata is an experienced HRIS professional with a diverse background in human resources information systems. Currently serving as an HRIS Process Improvement Analyst at Prairie Material since February 2020, Nicole previously held roles such as HRIS Analyst at PharmaCannis and HRIS/Payroll Data Analyst at Blommer Chocolate Company. With a strong foundation in data management and system support gained from positions including HRIS Specialist and Coordinator at Robert Bosch LLC, and earlier roles at Ceridian and Chicago Extruded Metals, Nicole has developed expertise in HR master data, security administration, and providing end-user support. Nicole holds a certificate in HR from a technical/trade program.
