Fabienne Hoeks has been serving as Coördinator Provinciaal at VCN since July 2017, with roles in Provinciaal Zakelijk en Inkomen and Provinciaal Particulier. Prior to this, Fabienne gained experience as a Bankmedewerker at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from September 2015 to February 2016. Education includes a Pre bachelor in Finance from Fontys University of Applied Sciences (2016-2017) and studies at Summa (2014-2017).
