Rafael A. is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in management, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Engagement Manager at VCMI since July 2024, Rafael previously held significant roles such as Senior Growth Manager and Co-Founder at Cultivo and One Chance Foods, respectively. With a strong background in catalyzing social and environmental enterprises, Rafael has also worked as General Manager at New Ventures México and as a Consultant for The World Bank. Early career positions include roles at Ogilvy Public Relations and Colorado College, where responsibilities encompassed account management, tutoring, and undergraduate research.
