Sean Janiak has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Sean worked as a Website Administrator for Outstanding Dining LLC from July 2011 to April 2012. Sean then worked as a Project Manager for Better Website Services from August 2011 to April 2012. From April 2012 to June 2012, they served as a Desk Side Support Technician at Unisys Corp, where they troubleshooted and resolved various technical issues. Starting from August 2016, Sean worked as a Direct Care Staff at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, overseeing and managing other staff members and ensuring compliance with company policies. Sean then joined CW Technology as a Service Desk Technician from June 2021 to January 2023. Currently, Sean is working at VC3 as an IT Services Field Escalations professional since January 2023.

Sean Janiak completed their high school education at Dassel Cokato High School, where they obtained a Diploma in 2008. Sean then attended the Minnesota School of Business from 2010 to 2013, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Sean later returned to the Minnesota School of Business and graduated in 2014 with a degree in security mitigation and network administration.
