Erdem Özkara began their work experience as an intern at TUBITAK UEKAE in August 2009. In January 2012, they joined Triodor Software R&D as a Progress Developer, where they were responsible for maintaining an existing ERP application using Progress 4GL Programming Language. Erdem also performed technical analysis, prepared technical specifications, and coordinated development plans. In September 2016, Erdem joined VBT Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. as a Software Specialist. Erdem currently holds this position. In April 2017, they also started working as a Software Engineer for Şişli Belediyesi, and their tenure in this role ended in December 2018. Overall, Erdem has gained substantial experience in software development and technical analysis throughout their career.

Erdem Özkara completed their education in Computer Engineering from Trakya University, starting in 2006 and graduating in 2010.
