Pinhas Kafri, Ph.D, currently serves as Process Development Manager and previously as Research Scientist at VBL Therapeutics since February 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Research Assistant in Yaron Shav-Tal's lab at Bar Ilan Institute for Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials from 2015 to 2017, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bar-Ilan University from 2009 to 2015, where responsibilities included teaching biochemistry and nuclear structure courses. Kafri also worked as a Research Assistant in Yaron Shav-Tal's lab from 2007 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D in Biotechnology focusing on Cancer and Gene Expression, an M.Sc in Biotechnology graduated magna cum laude, and a B.Sc in Biotechnology graduated summa cum laude, all obtained from Bar-Ilan University.
