Daniel Shanks has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Executive Chef and Culinary Director at Venues Ōtautahi since November 2010. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Culinary Director and Executive Chef at Vbase. From November 2002 to November 2010, Daniel was the Executive Chef at Atlantic Group ®. Daniel is a graduate of the University of Otago.
