James Tate has extensive experience in operations management and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Operations Leadership for Advanced Services at Vayan Group, LLC since September 2022, James previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Electrical Engineering Lead. Prior to this, James was a Field Engineer at Aptiv from October 2018 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at ATCO Industries, Inc. and Howell Inspection Services, overseeing day-to-day operations. James began with TXI as an RTO Operator, where various positions were held, and started as an Electrical Technician at Champion Mobile Homes Manufacturing, ensuring electrical components were functional prior to product shipment.
