Sarah Montgomery currently serves as a Transition of Care Coordinator at Vaya Health since March 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions as a Discharge Planner and a Behavioral Health Technician at Mission Health from July 2020 to March 2023. Additionally, Sarah was part of the Autism Society of North Carolina as Autism Support Staff from January 2019 to January 2020. Sarah is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, expected to be completed in May 2026, and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville, earned in 2020.
