Blake Lutz MSW, LCSW, CFI, CFE currently serves as the External Compliance Manager at Vaya Health since March 2022, leading teams in various external compliance reviews and audits while coordinating with other departments for successful outcomes. Prior experience includes multiple roles at David Weekley Homes from February 2018 to June 2022, focusing on customer experience and project management. Blake also practiced as a self-employed psychotherapist and social worker at Lutz Psychotherapy PLLC from May 2012 to February 2017, and served in law enforcement as a Police Officer and Tour Commander from June 2001 to June 2011. Military experience includes service as a Captain in the Army National Guard from February 1994 to February 2000. Blake holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
