Nakita Jenkins, MBA, currently serves as Senior Recruiting Manager at VaxCare since November 2020, having previously held the position of Recruitment Manager. Prior to VaxCare, Nakita worked at Vaco from December 2013 to November 2020, where roles included Director of the Temporary Accounting & Operational Staffing division in Orlando and Associate Director of Talent Solutions, focusing on connecting talent with client needs. Earlier experience includes a role as Tax Consultant at DeloitteTax LLP from September 2012 to October 2013, preparing federal and state tax returns, and completing two summer internships as a Tax intern at Deloitte from June 2009 to October 2010. Nakita earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (2010-2012) and a BS in Business Administration and Management from the same institution (2006-2010).
