Marek Domanski is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Plant Manager at Vaupell since May 2024. Previously, Marek held the position of Director of Operations at Buehler, an ITW Company, where responsibilities included overseeing a global division with a focus on scientific equipment for material analysis. Prior to that, Marek worked as Operations Manager North America at Loma Systems, successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings and efficiency gains. Early career roles include Operation Excellence Analyst at Wheels, Inc. and Manufacturing Operations Manager at Navistar Inc., where Marek demonstrated strong leadership and compliance management in a manufacturing environment. Marek holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Analysis from Ashford University (University of Arizona Global Campus).
