Fergus is a people centric leader with thirty years’ experience within the financial sector. His expertise spans both industrial relations; starting as chair for Unite at HSBC to being part of the launch team within Human Resources for Vaultex in 2007.

He has gone on to lead an award winning HR Team with people values at its core. This combination ensures that fairness and progress underpins the ethos of his approach. Additionally he has responsibility for Risk, Safety, Estates and Security within the business.
