Moustafa Koussa has extensive work experience in operations, logistics, and management roles. Moustafa is currently the Director of Operations at Vault Logistics, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Operation & Logistics Manager at 3PL Party Logistics from March 2019 to August 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they were involved in operations and logistics at Urban Design Group (UDG) Abou Daoud Group. Before that, they served as a Product Manager at Saudi Binladin Group from July 2013 to March 2016. Moustafa also worked as a Project Manager at Falcon Steel in 2012 and as a Branch Manager at TeamPro from 2011 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they were a Production Manager at Sultan Steel from July 2009 to August 2011 and a Procurement Manager at Averda from June 2005 to February 2009. Additionally, they held roles as a Warehouse Controller and a Procurement Coordinator at Averda from 1995 to 2005.

Moustafa Koussa received a Certificate in Effective procurement process from The Tutelage in 2006. Moustafa also attended Lycée de Musée for Computer Programming, but the specific years are unknown. Moustafa obtained additional certifications in Business Ettiquette and Advanced Negotiation Skills from Leading Minds in 2009 and 2008 respectively. Moustafa also holds certifications in Certified Stock Analyst & Inventory Controller and Effective Procurement Process from Tutelage, obtained in 2006.
