Robbie is a devoted attorney, husband, and father. He is a former New York City Police Officer. Robbie also holds a New York Real Estate Broker’s license and enjoys reading and playing racquetball.

Robbie focuses primarily on Consumer Bankruptcy law. Robbie has helped many clients successfully discharge debt and/or save a home from foreclosure by filing chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Robbie is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). NACBA is a national organization dedicated to protecting the rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy. Robbie is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the Amistad Long Island Black Bar Association. Robbie has also been quoted in the New York Law Journal (NYLJ) on several occasions.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Robbie worked in Brooklyn as a Police Officer for the New York City Police Department (NYPD). After graduating with honors from Touro Law Center and passing the New York and New Jersey bar exams, Robbie founded The Law Offices of Robbie L. Vaughn, which later became The Law Firm of Vaughn & Weber, PLLC. After many years of successfully handling client matters, The Law Firm of Vaughn & Weber, PLLC, has grown into the Law Firm of Vaughn, Weber & Prakope, PLLC.
