Raymond Bédard CertAdEd, MCLA, is an accomplished instructional designer and learning consultant with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving at Beyond the Sky and End2End Training Solutions, Raymond focuses on instructional design integrity and end-to-end training solutions in North America. As a certified facilitator for the Alternatives to Violence Project, Raymond has conducted training workshops in prison settings. Additional roles include mentoring English language learners at Vaughan Systems, and expertise in recruitment assessment with Cuso International. Raymond has also contributed to safety training curriculum development at Tokmakjian Group and facilitated leadership development programs for Eno Center for Transportation. A bilingual Master Trainer through the Canadian Urban Transit Association, Raymond oversaw training and professional development for transit system employees and played a significant role in strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master's Certificate in Sales Leadership and certifications in change management and adult education, alongside various diplomas in instructional design and facilitation.
