Guadalupe Barrado serves as the Human Resources Director at Vaughan Systems since September 2005, where responsibilities include defining and implementing the Human Resources strategy for a diverse workforce of over 350 employees across various subsidiaries. Additional roles include HR Manager and Regional Growth Manager at Grupo Vaughan, focusing on the location and acquisition of new centers and recruitment efforts.
