Myron Laagland is a seasoned professional in digital product leadership and project management, currently serving as Digital Product Lead Conversational at Vattenfall since September 2022. Prior to this role, Myron spent over a decade at KPN, fulfilling various key positions including Manager Operations KPN Glasvezel, IT Project Manager, and Conversational @KPN Consumer, where responsibilities encompassed innovation and improvement of services in internet, TV, and telephony. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Project Manager and Office Manager at Expecto Projectmanagement, and diverse functions at KPN during the tenure as a Young Business Professional. Myron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen and has also undertaken studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
