Carsten Schrijver is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and automation sectors, currently serving as Head of "Agile IT Germany" at Vattenfall since 2009, where responsibilities include building a customer-centric organization and championing agile transformations. Previously, Carsten held multiple leadership roles at Vattenfall, notably leading the transition of Customer Solutions Billing & CRM into an international cost center and achieving significant cost reductions. Carsten's prior experience at ABB encompassed various senior roles in sales and marketing for Substation Automation Systems, where notable accomplishments included establishing a multinational sales organization and securing major contracts. Carsten's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
