Holly Wells has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years. In 2011, they were the Director of Human Resources at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (HCAA) Tampa International Airport. From 2012 to 2013, they were the HR Manager at Action Time USA, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, including an employee handbook and full life-cycle recruiting. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Director of Human Resources at VASTEC, where they provided advice and counsel to the management team regarding HR issues, created policies and programs to foster employee engagement, and designed and implemented human resources programs and policies. Prior to 2011, they were the Human Resource Manager at Tampa Bay Water from 1985 to 2011.

Holly Wells received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences from National Louis University in 1995. Holly then went on to get their Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from National-Louis University in 1997.
