Barbara Payne is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at VASTEC since 2015, Barbara is responsible for driving document management solutions and building key accounts among Federal and DOD customers across North America. Prior to VASTEC, Barbara held the position of Regional Sales Manager at General Dynamics C4 Systems from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies for communication products. Earlier, Barbara was the Vice President of Federal Sales at Tadpole Technology, managing sales for federal markets and establishing critical reseller channels, and served as Sales Director at Telos Corporation from 1987 to 1996, successfully securing significant contracts with various military branches.
