Ciaran Corrigan is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Vasorum Ltd. since May 2023, previously serving as a Medical Device Designer at St James's Hospital Dublin from May 2022 to January 2023. Ciaran's experience includes involvement in industry projects during the MSc Medical Device Design program at the National College of Art & Design from September 2021 to September 2022, where Ciaran worked with various medical device companies. A notable project included the design and development of a Task Trainer for Inguinal Hernia Repair, focusing on creating a realistic training experience through detailed task analysis. Ciaran holds a Google UX Design Professional Certificate and degrees in Product and Medical Device Design from the National College of Art & Design, as well as participation in the SDG Summer School at the Learning Planet Institute. Ciaran completed secondary education at O' Carolan College.
