Muhammad Wasif Mehmood FCCA is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance Manager and Lead Accounting and Financial Services at VASL since November 2023, specializing in merger and acquisition analysis through due diligence reviews in collaboration with Hood and Strong LLC. Muhammad has been teaching ACCA subjects online since August 2010, covering topics such as Financial Accounting and Advanced Financial Management. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Intercargo Logistics, where management of the complete accounts and finance function was achieved, and at Royal Frozen Foods, where a detailed costing exercise and pricing strategy were developed. Muhammad has also contributed as a lecturer at various educational institutions, including University College of Advanced Technologies and Grafton College, and has held multiple managerial positions focused on financial reporting and accounting management within various companies. Muhammad holds an ACCA degree and a master’s degree in Business/Commerce.
