Rathika Kariappa has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rathika began their career as a Management Trainee in HR at Vardhaman Polytex Limited in April 2004 and worked there until April 2005. In July 2006, they joined Vascon Engineers Ltd. as the Senior Vice President - Human Resource. Rathika has held this position for an unspecified duration.

Rathika Kariappa holds an MBA degree in PM & HRD from IIMM. Rathika completed their high school education at Sophia High School in Bangalore and St. Ann's High School in Secunderabad.
