Matthias Poh Sian Goh is a seasoned professional in human resources and organisational development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resource at Mapletree since May 2022. With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, Matthias has held significant leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of the Operationally Ready National Service Armour Battalion with the Singapore Armed Forces and Executive Director of Industry Human Capital & Global Workforce at Enterprise Singapore. Matthias Poh Sian's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, management, and development, alongside strategic HR business partnering initiatives. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has a background in commerce from Saint Andrew's Junior College.
