Lisa Masini has extensive experience in supply chain management, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Varvel Group since May 2011, Lisa is responsible for managing the link between demand and production, ensuring material requirements, inventory management, and timely shipment of finished goods. Previous roles include Supply Planner and Material Planner-Buyer at Varvel Group, as well as experience at Fratelli Rinaldi SRL and Zenit Europe S.A., where Lisa managed supplier relationships, coordinated procurement activities, and optimized supply chain processes. Lisa holds a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma from Odexa and a High School Diploma in foreign languages from IT F.Selmi.
