Christine Jesse has been working in the education sector since 2010. Christine began their career as a Teacher at Richland School District 2, a position they held for 10 years. In 2020, they took on a new role as a Classroom Technology Coach at Vartek Services.

Christine Jesse has a Master of Education degree from Concordia University-Portland, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015, with a field of study in Curriculum and Instruction. Christine also has a Bachelor's degree from Kent State University at Stark, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008, with a field of study in Middle Childhood Education. Additionally, Christine has obtained several certifications, including Edpuzzle Coach, Edpuzzle Schoology, Level 1 and Level 2 from Edpuzzle in 2021, Google Certified Educator Level 2 and Level 1 from Google for Education in 2020, and a Teaching License-Standard from the South Carolina Department of Education in 2017.
