Gray Stream has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Gray started their career as a Legislative Aide and Projects Director for the Louisiana 7th Congressional District, where they advised on various policy areas and managed special projects and appropriations requests. In 2003, they transitioned to Vice President at Stream Companies, a family office that owns and manages land and natural resources. During their tenure, they primarily focused on properties related to oil and gas, timber, agriculture, and ranching.
In 2008, they became the President of Graywood LLC, a developer of a 1,100 acre master-planned community that includes a sports club and an award-winning golf club. After leaving Graywood, Gray Stream founded Gulf Coast Sequestration in 2018. In 2019, they co-founded Varsity Energy.
Most recently, in 2020, Gray Stream became the President and Treasurer of CKX LANDS INC. Throughout their career, Gray Stream has held leadership roles and has demonstrated expertise in various industries, including real estate development, natural resources management, and policy advisory.
Gray Stream completed an MBA in Management and Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, Gray Stream earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Development and Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
