Mark Patton currently serves as VP of Enterprise Architecture & Chief Architect at Varsity Brands since February 2022 and is also the Owner & Principal Consultant at Watersound Consulting, where consulting engagements have included a significant multi-year strategy for modernizing Loyalty Platform technology. Previous roles include CIO/CTO at Scout & Cellar and Vice President of CIO/CTO at Studio Movie Grill, responsible for technology strategy and innovation. At GameStop, Mark held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & CTO, leading a substantial Digital Transformation initiative supporting significant revenue growth. Additionally, Mark has experience as Chief Technology Officer at SIBRIDGE Consulting and Distinguished Enterprise Architect at JCPenney, with a strong foundation in IT strategy and architecture. Mark holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and a BS in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
