Nilesh Shroff has a strong background in marketing and communication. Nilesh currently works as the Marketing Communications Lead at Varroc since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Marketing at LeadSquared from December 2021 to November 2022. Nilesh has extensive experience in product marketing and served as the Product Marketing Lead at AutomationEdge from August 2015 to December 2021. Nilesh started their career as an Executive in Marketing and Promotions at Quick Heal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and later worked as a Sr. Executive in Marketing Communication at Sarla Technologies. Nilesh's earlier experience includes a managerial role in Marketing Communication at Asset Analytix Inc. where they led a team and executed various marketing activities including corporate communication, newsletters, media releases, and public relations.

Nilesh Shroff holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Nilesh also pursued an MBAP-IT degree at the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, with a focus on marketing.
