Iacoban Cristian is an experienced production management professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Production Manager and previously as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Varroc since October 2020, Iacoban has developed leadership expertise across multiple roles. Prior experience includes positions as Production Coordinator and Production Supervisor at KYOCERA AVX Components Corporation from November 2017 to September 2020, as well as a Production Supervisor role at ENEC Automotive from January 2017 to October 2017. Starting as a Team Leader at KYOCERA AVX Components Corporation from July 2013 to January 2017, Iacoban has built a robust career in production supervision. Iacoban holds a Licentiate degree in Stiinte Economice from Universitatea Ioan Slavici (2018-2021) and completed training as an IATF 16949 - 1st/2nd party Auditor in March 2024 through BFK Management Consulting.
